All amenities, including the pool and clubhouse, are for registered guests only.
Visitors must be pre-registered, check in at the guardhouse, and display a visitor pass.
Pool hours are 10am to 9pm daily. Tuesdays may have limited hours for sanitation. Children 16 and under must be supervised at all times and may use the lower deck pool only.
Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am for all guests and pets.
Smoking or vaping is not allowed in any amenity area or building. It is only allowed only at your site or in designated areas. Smoking or vaping inside a tiny home will result in a $500 fee.
Please plan your arrival during staffed guardhouse hours.
Cancellation Policy
Stays shorter than 28 nights: Cancelling your reservation on the day of or within 7 days prior to arrival will result in no refund. Cancelling your reservation 8 to 14 days prior to arrival, guest will be refunded half of your total stay. Cancellations 15 or more days will receive a full refund minus a $15 processing fee.
Stays longer than 28 nights: Please contact the office for cancellations. Every monthly/extended stay is subject $50 non-refundable fee.
Pet Policy
Up to two pets are allowed per site (RV or pet-friendly tiny home).
Pets must be vaccinated; proof is required at check-in.
Pets must always be leashed (6 ft. max). No tethering pets to utility fixtures, picnic tables, trees, or fences.
Pets may not be left unattended outside or in the dog park.
Pets left inside your RV or tiny home must be kenneled.
No pets in or around the pool area or clubhouse.
Aggressive behavior toward people or animals will result in removal from the resort without refund.
Guests are responsible for cleaning up pet waste and any damage caused by their pets.
Additional Policies
Bagged and tied trash should be placed in your site’s receptacle for daily pickup. (Loose or unbagged trash in bins may result in fines.)
All drivers entering via rideshare must check in at the guardhouse.
Golf carts may only be used inside the gated resort area. Operators must be 18+, licensed, and insured and carts must have lights for night driving.
Hanging laundry outdoors is not allowed anywhere in the resort.
Parking is allowed only on your concrete site. No grass or street parking.
