We provide RV park, campground, and tiny-home lodging services in the Texas Hill Country.
Cozi Group, Inc. is the data controller of your personal information. Our principal place of business is located at 1303 E Main St, Fredericksburg, TX 78624-5314. Our resort property is located at 5386 Farm to Market 1376, Fredericksburg, TX 78624.

DBA Firefly Vacations, which may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system to the mobile number you provided or any number you designate.
- Frequency. Message frequency varies and additional messages may be sent based on your interaction with us. We may alter message frequency at any time and may change the short code, phone number, or sender.
- Cost. Your usual message and data rates may apply. Contact your mobile provider with questions about your plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Consent. Your consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchase.
- Cancellation. Reply STOP to unsubscribe, or use an included unsubscribe link. We will confirm your unsubscribe and send no further messages. To resume, sign up again as you did the first time.
- Help. Text HELP (where supported) or email reservations@staytexas.com for support and unsubscribe instructions.
- Transfer of number. Before changing or transferring your mobile number, reply STOP from the original number, use the unsubscribe link, or notify us at reservations@staytexas.com. This is a condition of using the service.
We reserve the right to change or terminate our messaging program, and to update these messaging terms, at any time. Changes are effective upon posting, and continued enrollment constitutes acceptance.

We retain your personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including for legal, accounting, and reporting requirements.
