We put a lot of effort into keeping our grounds in tip top shape, from the landscaping to the common areas so when you stay here, you feel cared for and genuinely impressed by the quality all around you. Our pool plays a big part in that. It’s one of the largest and most thoughtfully built pools in the Hill Country, with multiple levels, built-in loungers, and plenty of space to spread out. Guests tell us it’s the first thing they want to check out after arriving, and we love seeing it become the hangout spot for so many stays.

Our RV sites follow the same standard. We keep them clean, level, and spacious, with wide roads that make it easy to navigate big rigs. The executive sites take things even further with outdoor kitchens, shaded seating, and private pavilions that turn your setup into a comfortable outdoor living area rather than a basic pad. And if you opt for one of our tiny homes, you’ll notice the upgrade right away. We furnished them with real, modern pieces and focused on comfort, not cabin clichés. They’re bright, well-designed, and positioned to take advantage of the views around the property.

Long-Term Stays Welcome

Many of our long-term guests stay for the mild Hill Country seasons, remote work, travel nursing, or project-based jobs in the Fredericksburg area. We make it easy to settle right in with reliable hookups, wide roads, strong Wi-Fi, laundry facilities, and a well-maintained property so you never feel like you’re “making do” for months at a time.

Our location is another reason people choose to stay with us for the season. Groceries, medical services, dining, and everyday errands are close by, and you can reach wineries, distilleries, hiking areas, and Main Street in just a few minutes. You get quiet surroundings at home and quick access to everything you need in town.
